Prices are starting prices
Prices on this site are before GST and QST and include travel within our area. The final price can be higher than the starting price if, on inspection, your car needs more parts or work. You always get a written estimate before any repair over $100, and nothing extra is done without your approval (Consumer Protection Act, sections 168 to 172).
Third-party payment processor
Deposits and payments are processed by Square (Block, Inc. and its affiliates), an independent payment processor. Renn Bros never receives your full card number. Square's own terms apply to the payment; links are below.
Deposit and refunds
A deposit of 20% of the estimate, taxes included, is taken when you book online and comes off your final bill. Declined requests and cancellations made 24 hours or more before the visit are refunded in full within 15 days.
Legal warranty
Automobile repairs are guaranteed by law for 3 months or 5,000 km, whichever comes first, parts and labour (Consumer Protection Act, section 176). Our 12-month parts warranty is in addition to it.
Office and business lots
Work on property you don't own requires the permission of the owner, building management or security, and your acceptance of our consent and disclosure, linked below.

Our website, terms, warranty and privacy policy are available in French and in English.
