From booking to keys back.
One visit, done properly at your address. Here is what happens, and what we need from you.
Book in two minutes
Choose the service and an arrival window online, or call. Tell us where the car is parked and anything it's been doing.
We confirm, personally
Usually within a few hours, by email and text. We check the parts your car takes and confirm the price before we come. Nothing is booked until then.
We arrive at your location
A clean mat goes down before the first tool, and the tools go down in order. The work is done where the car is parked.
You carry on with your day
Stay in your meeting or get the kids out the door. Someone just needs to hand over the keys and be reachable.
Keys back, with what we found
You see the old parts and hear exactly what was done. You pay by card on site, and the driveway is left as we found it.
What we need from you
A safe, level spot
A driveway is ideal. A garage or a quiet office lot usually works too. Street parking depends on the job.
The keys, and a way to reach you
You don't need to watch. We text when we arrive and when we're done.
For a tire change
Your other set of wheels, already on rims, by the car or in the garage.
Afterwards
The parts we supply and fit carry a one-year warranty. If something isn't right, call or text and we come back to deal with it.
