What we collect
Only what the job needs: your name, phone number, email, the address where the car is, details of the vehicle, what you tell us about it, and any photos you attach.
Photos and VIN
Photos you attach are stored privately for your booking, reachable only by its own link, and deleted within 12 months. Reading a VIN from a photo happens in your browser; to fill in the year, make and model, only the VIN itself is sent to the U.S. NHTSA's free vehicle decoder.
Why
To confirm your booking, arrive at the right place with the right parts, and invoice you. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or send you anything you didn't ask for.
Payments
Card details are entered into Square's secure payment field and never reach this website.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your service history and for the tax and warranty records we're required to keep.
Remembered on your device
If you tick “Remember my details” when booking, your name, contact details, address and car are saved in your own browser so the form fills itself in next time. They are not sent to us again or anywhere else, and “Forget my details” on the booking page removes them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@RennBros.com.
